Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive and support the delivery of Private Banking (PB) technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison and proxy for the PB GMET Development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with TAP platform stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality project governance, reporting, and delivery management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Identify, assess, and manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and their impact on project outcomes.
• Coordinate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Lead project planning, status, and governance meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Allocate and manage project resources to ensure optimal utilization and successful delivery.
• Assign and monitor project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Track project progress, manage changes in scope, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management across stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

• Experience in technology delivery management
• Experience in Temenos TAP platform
• Understanding of Project SDLC
• Experience in MS project software
• Experience on Temenos Wealthsuite products such as oData, TAP Core will be a plus
