Job SummaryĀ
As aĀ Senior DevOps (137415685),Ā you willĀ be responsible forĀ designing, developing, andĀ maintainingĀ high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects,Ā mentoringĀ junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.āÆĀ
Responsibilities and DutiesĀ
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable build infrastructure supporting secure and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks using Terraform and Ansible to provision, configure, and maintain reliable environments
- Design and optimize containerized and orchestrated workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift across hybrid or on-premises infrastructures
- Drive operational excellence by implementing monitoring, observability, security best practices, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance deployment reliability and performance
Qualifications and SkillsĀ
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles within enterprise environments
- Advanced expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible
- Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy scripting (experience with ArgoCD is a plus)
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift, including cluster management, workload orchestration, scaling strategies, and troubleshooting
- Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration across VM-based and hybrid infrastructures
- Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and infrastructure tooling
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, security policies, access control mechanisms, and compliance best practices
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for distributed systems in production environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues in highly available environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to collaborate effectively with development, QA, and operations teams
