At Coforge, we are hiring Mid UX/UI Designer (#22653) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities
• Design user-centered product experiences for complex digital products and platforms.
• Create prototypes and design solutions using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and established design systems.
• Apply UX design methods and frameworks to translate complex requirements into intuitive and high-quality experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams while balancing strategy, execution, and user needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and strong user-centered product experience work.
• Proficiency with Figma, AI prototyping tools, and design systems.
• Experience designing complex product experiences, such as B2B products, data-heavy platforms, AI-assisted, personalized, or recommendation-based features.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and established design methodologies.
• Ability to apply design methods and frameworks to deliver high-quality work within timelines.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience designing native mobile app experiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Skills
• Experience working with AI-powered product experiences.
• Experience designing for data-intensive or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
