Position Title: AI Powered QA Lead

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City. (2 x onsite per week hybrid set up)

 

We are seeking a visionary Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead the transformation of our quality engineering practices through cutting-edge AI integration and innovative working methodologies. This role demands a strategic leader who can seamlessly blend traditional quality expertise with AI-powered tools while championing "Vibe Engineering" – a philosophy that balances rapid delivery with uncompromising quality standards.

 

AI-Driven Quality Excellence

• AI Tool Architecture: Design and implement comprehensive AI-powered QA strategies, leveraging machine learning models for predictive quality analytics, automated test generation, and intelligent defect prediction
• Automated Testing Evolution: Build next-generation test automation frameworks powered by AI, including self-healing test scripts, intelligent test prioritization, and adaptive test coverage analysis
• Quality Intelligence: Develop AI-driven quality dashboards and insights that enable data-driven decision-making, risk forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

New Ways of Working Leadership

• Agile Transformation: Lead the adoption of modern agile methodologies tailored for AI-enhanced development cycles, including DevOps integration and continuous testing practices
• Rapid Delivery Frameworks: Implement streamlined processes that accelerate time-to-market while maintaining rigorous quality gates through intelligent automation
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation by working closely with development, product, and operations teams to embed quality throughout the entire SDLC

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• AI/ML Proficiency: Proven experience with AI/ML tools for software testing, including platforms like Testim, Mabl, Applitools, or similar AI-powered testing solutions
• Modern QA Stack: Deep knowledge of contemporary testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) enhanced with AI capabilities
• DevOps & CI/CD: Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native testing environments
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) for test automation and AI integration

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance
• hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated track record of implementing "New Ways of Working" in fast-paced, agile environments
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in quality engineering
