15+ years of overall experience of which atleast 6+ years of experience in managing technical teams and working with business stakeholders. Excellent in planning and execution of the strategies. Ability tbuild high performing teams tmeet business needs.

Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Science or equivalent experience with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in leading team size of 15+ and responsible for team performance and/or directly managing people.
Technically should have worked on backend database systems and additionally understands the front end and middle tier technologies.
Exposure to cloud solutions like AWS, Oracle or Microsoft is desirable.
Should have experience working with Director & and Executive level in a corporate setting.
Experience in leading a transformation effort in data management would be a big plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven Management experience and ability to bring people together on a common objective.
Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Identifies constraints and bottle necks in the project and works to address them effectively.
Experienced in managing people and coaching them to be successful in careers.
Project Management certifications like PMP is desirable but not mandatory.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum way of working is mandatory.
Understanding of US Retirement Industry is desirable but not mandatory.
Manages a team of developers,Leads & People managers.
Align with global and local stakeholders goals and take up ownership in delivering the solution from India.
Align and track goals of the individual team members and people manager..
Responsible for the team to deliver the project from India.
