Job Summary

The Marketing Project team associate (title varies with experience) will support the Project Management & Budget Lead in driving agile marketing functions and ensuring the swift delivery of assets needed for demand generation, customer, and product marketing. This role will assist in managing the overall marketing budget, tracking spend and resources, and ensuring high-quality deliverables from the marketing team. The ideal candidate will help manage service-level agreements, prioritize work, and support major projects to completion. 

What You’ll Do Here

• Assist in managing project management tools (currently Asana, potentially Jira in the future).
• Help in defining and creating templates for project deliverables.
• Provide support and training to the marketing team on project management tools and processes.
• Collaborate with teams across Emplifi to ensure on-time delivery of major projects with multiple deliverables.
• Help in tracking the overall marketing budget and spend and assist in preparing budget reports and updates.
• Work across the marketing team and with others in the organization to communicate project status and updates.
• Work with the entire marketing team to drive successful digital campaigns that effectively produce the best demand including recognizing what is working and what does not work.
• Ensure the requirements of sales and other leadership in the organization are considered and managed alongside the major marketing deliverables.

What You’ll Bring to Us

• BS degree in marketing or business 
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Experience with Asana, Jira, or other project management tools
• Great communication skills
• Fluent English Language skills are essential 
• Proven passion for metrics, setting goals, and achieving them
• Strategic thinker with the ability to adjust to changing dynamics
• Experience in diving deep into new topics and correlating them to our customer's needs
• An enthusiastic, high-energy team member who is viewed as a “doer” on the team and across internal organizations
