Quality Engineer

Location: EGER, HEVES, Hungary

If you are a professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an appealing role for you! Based in Eger, Hungary, as a Quality Engineer you will be primarily responsible for the professional support of production in cooperation with partner departments.

Location: Eger (on-site)

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Support daily production activities, mainly in the automotive area, when quality intervention is required.
Leads the problem-solving team and ensure there are no obstacles
Act as quality representative in projects (product development, relocation, improvement,)
Coordinate product sampling-, and product audit processes
Conduct process audits
Supervise and control own quality KPIs
Maintain effective customer relationships

You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity. You continuously push yourself to achieve new goals and are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Quality engineering
Preferably 2 years of experience in the automotive industry within a quality engineering environment.
Confident application of structured problem-solving methodologies (Ishikawa, 8D, FTA, etc.).
English knowledge – professional level; Hungarian knowledge - professional level
Team player, action orientated and driving results with practical attitude
Ability to work independently and accurately

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

VDA 6.3 process auditor qualification
Practical application of Six Sigma methodologies
Experience as a Functional Safety representative
