Project Manager
Location: PUNE, MAHARASHTRA, India
- Lead project management activities by setting direction, defining priorities, and empowering team members to deliver successful outcomes.
- Act as Product Owner, partnering closely with Marketing Product Managers and Engineering teams to build solutions that address customer needs.
- Promote clear, transparent, and consistent communication across all stakeholders regarding project goals, timelines, and priorities.
- Plan, monitor, and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and share progress updates with senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, streamline workflows, and strengthen team collaboration.
You communicate clearly and effectively across diverse audiences and foster open dialogue to build trust and alignment. You take accountability for delivering results, even in complex or ambiguous situations, and adapt your approach as priorities evolve. You collaborate across boundaries, leveraging diverse perspectives to arrive at better solutions. You encourage innovation and continuous improvement, creating an environment where teams feel supported and empowered to contribute their best work.
- Relevant professional experience in project or program management, including hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Background in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product development initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and functional domains in a dynamic environment.
- 14+ years of professional experience, including:
- Minimum 5 years in project management roles.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative product development environments.
- Exposure to both hardware and software development processes.
- Project management certification such as PMP® or equivalent.
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members or project managers.
