Project Manager
Location: Tokyo, Japan; Hybrid
- Project lead time and on time delivery for products and documentation
- Customer change order management requests
- Ensuring customer specifications are met or commented on
- Margin uplift
- Managing critical path and managing execution risk
- Communication Internally and externally – effective management of all stakeholders

You excel in complex, fast-moving environments and balance strong technical understanding with effective stakeholder management. You take ownership, remain composed under pressure, and lead teams with clarity and confidence.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills in Japanese and English.
- Self starting and ability to motivate a team
- Ability to comprehend technical details/technical literacy
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, acknowledge mistakes, and possess emotional intelligence/diplomacy
- BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
