Electronic Manufacturing Engineer

Location: NUEVO LEÓN, Mexico

Conocimientos:

• Documentar y mapear procesos de diferentes areas de producción alineándolos a los procedimientos establecidos
• Conocimientos en equipos para pruebas eléctricas en el producto final
• Análisis de procesos para detectar oportunidades de mejora en tiempos, costos y calidad
• Dar seguimiento a nuevos proyectos coordinando actividades con diferentes areas para la correcta ejecución en tiempo y forma
• Conocimiento en diagramas de flujo, procedimientos, instructivos y formatos operativos
• Mantenimiento de listados de materiales en Oracle
• Manejo de desviaciones de producto y de proceso para su análisis y aprobación
• Conocimiento de normas de ISO9000, UL y CSA para atención de auditorías internas y externas
• Soporte a las areas operativas en cuanto al proceso, herramentales y funcionamiento de los equipos
• Actualizar y mantener instrucciones de trabajo, especificaciones de Ingenieria y ayudas visuales
• Mantener trabajo en equipo con el area de mantenimiento para funcionamiento del equipo operativo

Experiencia:

• Ingeniero electrónico o Mecánico (Titulado)
• 3 anios de experiencia en procesos de manufactura e ingeniería
• Manejo de Oracle
• Manejo de Lean manufacturing e Ingenieria de procesos
• Ingles Avanzado (Escrito y Oral)
• Habilidades en estandarización de procesos, toma de tiempos e instrucciones de operación
• Experiencia en extrusion y ensamble de cables eléctricos
• Manejo de equipos de prueba
