Job Summary:

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design, build, and deploy digital, automation, and AI solutions to improve business processes across APAC.
- Develop and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration workflows using SQL-based technologies and tools such as SSIS or equivalent platforms to support data integration and reporting.
- Design and develop web applications using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, C#, or Python.
- Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (or similar tools).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance applications and data solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead or contribute to end-to-end AI initiatives, including use case identification, data analysis, model development, validation, and deployment.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support project planning and execution, including coordination, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication on timelines, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals and innovation priorities.
- Ensure compliance with data, digital, and AI governance, security, and organizational standards.
- Support additional responsibilities as needed to meet evolving business requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, Oracle SQL / PL-SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience developing and managing data integration workflows using ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar platforms.
- Experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and model deployment using Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) and/or Python.
- Experience in web application development, with working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, C#.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across functions and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering presentations, training sessions, with the ability to engage different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle (e.g. Oracle R12).
- Exposure to cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as Azure Machine Learning and model lifecycle management.
- Experience in operations, supply chain, or planning-related environments.
