**This position is eligible to work from home anywhere in the United States**

Essential Functions

• Learn EMC software development practices, tools, and standards
• Assist with development and maintenance of assigned applications
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution activities
• Assist with review and updates to technical application documentation
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities

Education & Experience

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
• Junior standing preferred
• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred
• Demonstrated interest in software development through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of programming concepts
  

The hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within either the $19.50-$23.00 range. A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
