  • Partner with IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, and business teams to support the successful rollout and adoption of AI capabilities.
  • Create high-quality documentation, knowledge articles, enablement materials, presentations, and communications for technical and business audiences.
  • Support platform integrations, automation opportunities, and operational improvements across the AI ecosystem.
  • Analyze adoption, utilization, licensing, and costs to measure business value and help optimize enterprise AI investments.
  • Develop reusable processes, templates, and guidance that improve consistency and scalability.
  • Independently drive initiatives from concept through execution, bringing recommendations and first drafts.
  • Help develop operational processes in a rapidly evolving environment.

What you will bring

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations, polished documentation, knowledge articles, and end-user enablement content.
  • Experience evaluating technology options, licensing, utilization, and costs to support business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure, solve problems independently, and move work forward with a high degree of ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where priorities evolve and playbooks are still being developed.
