This is a high impact role where your contributions will help ensure key service management processes and procedures are properly documented, enhanced, and streamlined. Our ideal candidate will be a key contributor who possesses a strong understanding of Smartsheet and Confluence, with strong communication skills, team player focus, who is able to successfully engaged with various Ellucian Team members to improve excellence in project delivery. Where You Will Make an Impact Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Smartsheet users; primarily Project Managers, leadership, consultants, or customers. Monitor and manage cases to support adoption of Command Center for project management that include product defects, usage issues, and enhancements Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing project portfolios and managing large-scale initiatives. Improve and maintain technical documentation along with processes and procedures Capable of working on multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment Assist the Delivery Excellence Team in providing communication, training, configuration, Establish, document, and maintain best practices, governance standards, and naming conventions for Smartsheet use to ensure consistency across the PMO. Work closely with project managers, department heads, IT, or contractors to support adoption of our Smartsheet solutions to meet organizational needs. Ability to prioritize tasks and take appropriate action. Proactively identify, document, manage, and resolve, directly assigned & self-generated tasks What you will bring Experience Smartsheet's features and functionalities, including Smartsheet Control Center. Knowledge of project management principles and best practices, especially in the context of portfolio management and program tracking. Familiarity with Smartsheet integrations and automation tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders across the globe. Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ensures timely resolution/referral of employee’s problems by documenting the impact to the employee and by assigning an appropriate priority and resolution goal.
