As an Clinical Cloud Fullstack Engineer in CDDA LRL, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering cloud based applications which will act as enablers for achieving the business process automation expectations. You will have the opportunity to accelerate the automation adoption across the business landscape in the Clinical Design, Delivery and Analytics. You will be at the forefront of innovation, working on cutting-edge projects that are shaping the future of AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Clinical stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges, design and implement solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Engages with business and proactively seeks opportunities to deliver business value.
- Understands business requirements and effectively translates business needs and process into technical terms, and vice versa
- Elicits and defines requirements
- Ensures appropriate business roles are engaged in solution execution.
- Participates in design reviews to ensure traceability of requirements.
- Seeks opportunities to reuse existing processes and services to streamline support and implementation of key systems.
- Stay abreast of tools and technologies to influence IT strategy so that it provides best usage opportunities for business
- Partner with and influence vendor resources on solution development to ensure understanding of data and technical direction for solutions as well as delivery
- Ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and actively participate in knowledge sharing activities.
Required Technical Skills:
4+ years of experience in FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT which includes server-side code, database and API integrations, and front-end website development.
- Backend: Node JS/Python (Must), Express JS, Microservice Architecture, Swagger Documentation, Error Handling and Logging Library, Unit Testing Framework
- REST API: RESTful Web Services, WEB APPLICATIONS, GITHUB, Cross Browser Issues, JSON
- UI Tech: React (MUST), Redux, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML/CSS, Any design Library(MUI5, Bootstrap etc)
- 2+ years of experience with relational and non-relational database technologies utilizing SQL, Data Functions and Procedures.
- Experience working on Postgres DB
- Foundational understanding of serverless application design and development.
- Strong hands-on exposure in development and deployment of cloud native solutions leveraging AWS Services: Compute (EC2, Lambda), Storage (S3), Database (RDS, Aurora, Postgres), Orchestration (Apache Airflow, Step Function, SNS), ETL/Analytics (Glue), Infra (Cloud Formation, Code Pipeline, Cloud Front), API Gateway, IAM, SQS, SES etc.
- Experience with application interface security and data security models.
- Expertise in the design, data modelling creation, and management of datasets/data models.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Engage with stakeholders for analysis and implementation. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in the field of AI.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset to understand business processes and challenges
