Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$123,000 - $180,400

The Manufacturing and Quality (MQ) Tech at Lilly organization is engaged in an exciting phase of transformation as we drive our Digital Plant vision across Lilly manufacturing at the same time supporting unprecedented growth in Lilly’s manufacturing operation across the world.

As the Organizational Change Management Lead for Manufacturing & Quality (MQ) Tech at Lilly team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing change management strategies and plans that ensures successful implementation and employees’ use of digital solutions and AI. This role focuses on portfolio of transformational initiatives (large and small) that includes changes to business processes and digital solutions. You will be responsible for defining the structure and approach for change management activities, which includes identifying and assessing potential risks and barriers to adoption and developing mitigation plans. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and launch content and campaigns for the MQ digital strategy, showcasing upcoming capabilities and their impact on operations and personas.

  • Review current change management practices for major initiatives and provide input to identify potential gaps. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

  • Assess change impact and complete change management assessments.

  • Develop and implement a change management strategy in partnership with cross-functional initiative teams.

  • Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics, and manage anticipated resistance.

  • Consult and coach project teams and support communication and training efforts.

  • Integrate change management activities into project plans.

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

What You Should Bring:

  • Solid understanding of how people go through changes and the change process.

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

  • Extensive experience leading change, communication and training efforts for multiple global, complex technology implementations.

  • Strong understanding of monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change management strategies and plans.

  • Proven ability to implement change management methodology and apply it as appropriate for the business environment, adjusting as needed to ensure focus is on execution and impact for the people-side change driven by a transformation initiative.

  • Demonstrated understanding in gaining executive sponsorships, managing stakeholders, defining stakeholder impacts, driving stakeholder awareness, and guiding business engagement (champions /super users / late adopters.)

  • Desire to establish and maintain relationships with all levels across the company and external partners.

  • Experience in health care, pharma, manufacturing or life sciences is a plus.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, communications, training, organizational change management or related field.

  • 5-7+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.


Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • Prosci ADKAR Model, CCMP or other change management frameworks Knowledge

  • Change Management Certification or Experience

  • Design thinking, culture, and branding/marketing experience are preferred
