Hours: Monday - Friday

Travel: Hybrid ( 1-2 Days onsite per week)

Position Overview:

Responsible for ensuring the state calculated and assigned risk scores match the acuity level of the membership @ the COA level.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Properly plan, implement and track Elevance Medicaid risk adjustment programs in your assigned markets

• Ensure the assigned risk scores in your markets match the acuity level of the membership

• Work with Finance, Actuary, Health plan operations, Analytics and Medical Management to ensure ‘the R.A. village’ understands how we move the needle.

• Always be thinking of ‘what’s next’

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years professional project management experience required during which at least 3 years are spent leading and directing project tasks; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medicaid and / or Government business knowledge

• Knowledge of Medicaid health plans and / or risk adjustment

• The ability to work with big data, spot trends, and react

• Actuarial experience  

• Project management skills

• Executive communication skills
