What you'll do:

As a Sr Product Development Engineer - Project Lead, you will be responsible for the organization, planning and executions of electrical controls system projects from marketing concept to production for the product line, translating consumer needs into technical specifications. In detail, you will:

- Manage the electrical/electronic BoM for each new KMs;

- Responsible of Project development initiatives and project governance KPIs;

- Assist project team leading TDP;

- Propose cost outs and quality improvements at a system level;

- Refine task duration for component/system development and testing;

- Alignment with external process partners (e.g., PL, Purchasing, ME, Quality).

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering fields;
- Strong experience in conceiving and developing embedded hardware controls and control systems preferably in a consumer appliance product R&D environment;
- Experience with project management (preferably using Waterfall methodology); 
- Knowledge of MS Project;
- Design/programming experience using assembly language and C/C++ firmware are a plus;
- Proficiency in mechanical 2D and 3D design and layout using Catia, AutoCAD or similar;
- Proficiency in schematic and circuit design and layout using ORCAD or similar CAD system are a strong plus;
- Advanced English.
