What you’ll do:

As a Sr Product Development Engineer - Combustion Engineer, you will contribute to and take part in the development of gas cooking products and components within Food Preparation projects, based on corporate and management directives. If you have great organizational and analytical skills, can easily communicate and collaborate with others, and are just looking for a place to exercise all of your creativity, this is your chance! In detail, you will:

- Contribute to the design and documentation of gas products and components in accordance with both in-house and customer testing requirements;
- Develop project schedules and lead design and project reviews as required, taking charge of preparing all necessary documentation;
- Actively participate in related cost-out development activities, aiming to meet targets of cost, quality and performance;
- Work vendor bases and internal area to identify and address any issues related to gas products and components, ensuring all testing and quality requirements are met;
- Develop specifications for products and components, incorporating insights from the customer’s point of view and working with suppliers to ensure performance;
- Direct the activities of assigned offsite designers and drafters;
- Oversee disposition of first piece sample approvals.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;

• Solid experience with CAD software in product development projects;

• Solid knowledge of production and process technologies;

• Solid Knowledge of fluid dynamics and combustion; 

• Experience with gas appliances development is a plus;

• Advanced Office skills;

• Advanced English.
