About the role:

Ensure product compliance of chemical legislations and Elux internal requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Perform chemical compliance on Wellbeing & SDA’s products.

• Support local BAs once needed.

• Main contact with external test houses for chemical compliance.

• Review and verify reports and compliance documents.

• Well-work with other functions and suppliers to spread and teach the requirements.

• Take lead in the activities about food contact area like Good Manufacturing Practice to ensure our supplier

can meet the chemical legislations and Elux internal requirements.

• Conduct supplier audit within the area of chemical compliance and food contact.

• Join the project team during the new products development to ensure the compliance of chemical legislations and

Elux internal requirements, following up with the maintenance activities throughout the life cycle of products as well and provide suggestions and solutions of chemical compliance.

• Well arrange the working time and prioritize the projects independently, make deliveries in a timely and

professional manner.

• Mindset to support project team to deliver the product on time, on quality and on cost.

• Working based on the process and try to explore the improvement on it.

• Keep good maintenance and storage for the reports and docs on hand based on our internal requirements and

good at using internal sysytem(Team database etc..).

• Regularly report to the line manager & functional manager for the working content.

• Other works assigned by the line manager & functional manager.

Who you are:

• Bachelor in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• Have at least 10 years of practical experience of securing chemical compliance (RoHS, REACH, POP, etc)
• Have at least 10 years’ experience of working in the area of EU food contact regulation for household appliances
• Have experience of conducting audits of supplier within the area of food contact and GMP
• Competence in US FDA regulation is a merit
• Preferable have experience in the area of working with recycled materials in the products
• Familiar with EU and US chemical regulations
• Analytical skills & Strong communication abilities
• Good English level on both written and oral
• Open and willing to share knowledge

• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good at thinking
