Job Description
•Leading product development projects according to CP Deliverables, Ensuring that project timing, investments, cost, quality and performance are delivered according to specification
•Discuss the manufacturing process for product &component development with engineering team to ensure clear direction and understanding of the desired end result
•Leading Part and product approval
•Analyze technical tests results to take decision on design development and final approval for series production
•Leading and Facilitate lead DVT-MVT as per projects requirements
•Design ,creation ,validate and release of (mechanical/Electrical) structural components within time frame, cost target, quality level and process constrains
•Ensure that all engineering requirements and modifications are represented on the engineering drawings
•Preparing and maintaining product file ( BOM, Drawings , Specs, Test Specs on Team center DB,)
•Supply all technical inputs for product literature, labels & technical manuals
•Analysis of technical solutions with suppliers, product care and other involved functions
•Support the product care team in cost and quality improvement activities
•Ensure benchmarking products on Technical / functional & Cost LevelQualifications & Experience
•B.Sc. In mechanical engineering,
•Proven experience of Project Management Methodologies (PMP is a Plus)
•Required experience (3-6) years
•Fluent English both written and spoken
•Good knowledge in manufacturing techniques and existing resources.
•Mastering Robust design tools using (CAD, PFMEA, DFMEA, tolerances analysis) •Advanced CAD capabilities across variable design platforms (Catia is a plus)
•Good Knowledge of Product life cycle management and PLM tools
•Diverse knowledge of multinational technical and environmental product legislation and requirements. Skills
•Strong knowledge in mechanical component and system development and design
•Strong structured and engineering approach during each development phase
•Solid Experience in mold design , manufacturing and approvals.
•Experience as technical project leader in mechanics environments
•Basic knowledge of approval and environmental rules in different countries
•Knowledge of the main manufacturing processes (metal forming, molding,).
•Experience in Design for Assembling and Manufacturing is a plus
