What you’ll do:

As Senior Laboratory Engineer/Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of solutions that achieve best in class of Energy consumption, freshness and quality, managing the test plans in order to ensure compliance with the deadlines. As Senior Laboratory Engineer, you will be coordinating laboratory activities and you will give feedback to the project team. In detail, you will:

• Plan and supervise the execution of Test plan during all module and product development phases to ensure we reach our project targets;

• Perform test analysis troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in close collaboration with R&D and Quality departments to continuously improve our consumer experience;

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation;

• Be responsible for the update of our test method, identifying areas of improvement and defining the investments plan;

• Foster the growth of our team by developing new competences, methodologies, and best practices;

Who you are:

• Master’s degree in Thermodynamic/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent);

• 4+ years’ experience as Laboratory Engineer, previous experience in white good industry is a plus;

• Experience with thermodynamic measurements and simulation is required;

• Excellent leadership and communication skills;

• Advanced Office skills;

• Advanced English;

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at the Susegana Plant Office. It might be necessary to be available for national and international traveling two to four times a year.
