All about the role

The Factory Manager is the company's representative in the Electrolux Group and is responsible for the implementation of the board's decisions, will be also responsible for establishing and enforcing the strategic direction for the company. He/She will be responsible for the compliance of the plant.

In detail you will:

• Lead the leadership team
• Set the overall goals for the company together with the LT and follows up that goals are met and that decisions made in the LT are implemented.
• Plant Continuos Improvement
• Set and manage the budget
• Work together with the Production and Logistics manager to manage factory employees
• Manage investments

Who you are:

• Master's degree in technical fields
• 7+ years of experience in plant manager, any relevant experience in product manager, purchasing, supply chain will be considered an asset
• Warehouse managing experience
• Leadership skills
• Result oriented

You will be based in Nygard, in the Västra Götaland County.
