What you'll do:

We are seeking a Senior Network Analyst to act as a technical reference and ensure the performance, security, and continuous evolution of our network infrastructure. This role requires strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and strong communication skills to operate in complex, high‑availability environments.

In detail, you will:

- Serve as the technical owner of the network infrastructure, defining standards, guidelines, and best practices.

- Design, implement, and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, Datacenter, and hybrid network architectures.

- Configure and manage L2/L3 switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and SD WAN solutions.

- Perform advanced troubleshooting, traffic analysis, and root-cause investigations for complex incidents.

- Ensure availability, performance, and resilience through monitoring, capacity planning, and automation.

- Lead modernization initiatives, upgrades, migrations, and the adoption of emerging technologies.

- Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams on segmentation, NAC, policies, hardening, and Zero Trust initiatives.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.

- Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, sharing knowledge and driving technical excellence.

- Participate in meetings and regular interactions with global teams to ensure alignment with global architecture, standardization guidelines, and strategic initiatives.

- Work closely with vendors, integrators, and internal teams in strategic projects.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).

Who you are:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

- Solid experience (5–7+ years) in complex enterprise network environments.

- Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, QoS, VPNs, DHCP, DNS.

- Advanced experience with major vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).

- Background with next generation firewalls and network security practices.

- Proficiency in packet analysis tools (Wireshark or similar).

- Advanced certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, NSE4+, etc.).

- Experience with SD WAN, SASE, or Zero Trust architectures.

- Network automation skills (Python, Ansible, APIs).

- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Advanced English.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
