What you’ll do:

We  are  looking  for  a  Junior  Engineer  to  support  the  development  of  washing machines,  dryers,  washer-dryers,  and  dishwashers,  with  a  strong  focus  on  cycle development  (labeling/regulatory  and  consumer  cycles)  and  laboratory  support. This role combines hands-on product testing with operational ownership of laboratory  capability,  including  planning  and  executing  corrective  and  preventive maintenance  of  laboratory  equipment  and  test  benches.  The  position  requires strong  technical  curiosity,  structured  problem-solving,  and  fluency  in  English  to collaborate with global teams and suppliers.

In detail, you will:

 - Support  planning,  execution,  and  analysis  of  tests  for  energy,  water  and washing performance for labeling and regulatory requirements.

- Support consumer cycle development: test, tune, and validate cycle settings

to meet performance targets and user expectations.

- Execute validation activities following internal test procedures,

specifications, and project requirements.

- Assist  engineering  teams  in  data  interpretation,  issue  reproduction,  and

troubleshooting to support design decisions and improvements.

- Support  laboratory  readiness  by  ensuring  test  benches,  instruments,  and infrastructure are available and reliable.

- Plan  and  perform  (or  coordinate)  preventive  maintenance  routines  and

corrective interventions for laboratory equipment.

- Create  and  maintain  technical  documentation  (test  procedures,  reports,

checklists,  and  maintenance  logs)  to  ensure  traceability,  repeatability,  and safe operation in the laboratory environment.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).

Who you are:

-  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (open  to  multiple  backgrounds),  with

strong fit typically found in: Mechatronics Engineering; Control & Automation Engineering; Electrical/Electronics Engineering; Mechanical Engineering.

- Hands-on  experience  (internship,  university  projects,  or  early  career)  in  at least some of the following: Laboratory testing and instrumentation; Data analysis and technical reporting; Troubleshooting of equipment and systems; Working with procedures/specifications and structured documentation.

- Strong organization skills and ability to work safely in a laboratory environment

- Advanced English.

 Where you’ll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba Factory Plant, located in Guabirotuba. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling two to four times a year. Benefits include:
