Shape the Future of Demand Planning CoE at Electrolux. 

Electrolux is on a journey to transform its Demand Planning capabilities across Europe. As part of this transformation, we are building a Centre of Excellence (CoE) to drive statistical forecasting, automation and advanced analytics. 

We are looking for a proactive and analytically driven Demand Forecasting Analyst to join newly formed team and help us elevate forecasting maturity. In addition to strong analytical skills, this role requires strong collaboration and communication abilities. You will work closely with cross-functional European Teams, engaging stakeholders across markets and functions to ensure alignment and transparency in forecasting processes. Your ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations will be key to driving adoption and success. 

About the Role: 

As a Demand Forecasting Analyst in the CoE, you will play a key role in generating and improving statistical and machine learning-based forecasts. You will support the transition to advanced, automated and data-driven planning processes, enabling local markets teams’ to focus on value-adding activities. Your work will directly contribute to improved forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and enhanced decision-making across the European business area. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Generate and maintain baseline statistical forecasts using SAP IBP DP. 

  • Support the roll-out and optimization of SAP IBP DP functionalities across Europe. 

  • Analyse forecast performance and provide root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement. 

  • Contribute to the development and testing of new forecasting models including machine learning, demand sensing and SAP AI functions. 

  • Optimisation of the range segmentation process to indicate the most reliable focus areas for the local market teams: Demand Planning, Sales and Product Lines, Finance. 

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional European Teams (Demand Planning, Sales, Product Lines) to ensure alignment and transparency in forecasting processes. 

  • Communicate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations to the stakeholders. 

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the Demand Planning community in Europe.

  • Detail-Oriented: You ensure accuracy and consistency in data and forecasting processes. 

Qualifications: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in demand forecasting, data analysis, or supply chain planning. 

  • Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and time series analysis. 

  • Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning is highly preferred, other system Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9 as a plus. 

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and data visualization tools eg. Power BI. 

  • Experience with forecasting automation, machine learning, is a plus. 

  • Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Mathematics or any related field. 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

You will be based at Electrolux Warsaw or Wrocław office, depending on your location.
