Junior DevOps Engineer

Department: Engineering.

Experience: 1 - 3

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage Docker and Kubernetes environments for scalable, production-grade deployments.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and observability stacks using New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Build and maintain internal DevOps tools and AI agents.
• Manage IAM permissions and enforce security configurations across cloud resources.
• Support cloud networking, including DNS, VPN configurations, and related infrastructure.
• Provide operational support for relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Support data streaming and analytics platforms such as Kafka, Apache Superset, and Amazon Redshift.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
• Proficiency with Linux and scripting in Bash and Python.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding of cloud networking fundamentals, including DNS, VPN, firewalls, and security groups.

• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB administration.
• Working knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience with IAM configuration and cloud security best practices.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
