Creative Designer– Marketing & Product
Department: Marketing.
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Role: Creative Designer – Marketing & Product
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment type : Full-time
About Eka Care
Eka Care is a health AI company on a mission to make world-class clinical intelligence available to every doctor, patient, and healthcare enterprise.
We build the models, data infrastructure, and clinical workflows that turn everyday care — a consultation, a prescription, a lab report — into structured, interoperable health data, so that better decisions can be made at the point of care and across the enterprise, whether that is a hospital, a diagnostic lab, or an insurer. Our products — EkaScribe, EkaDoc, EkaAgents, EkaAPI's and EkaPHR — cover the full span of clinical, patient, and enterprise use cases, and plug into national digital health infrastructure such as India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission in India.
About the role
We're looking for a versatile Creative Designer who can own visual output across marketing, product and business communication. You'll design campaign creatives, product screens and flows in Figma, event collaterals, and leadership-ready presentations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who works AI-first: you'll use generative AI tools daily to ideate faster, produce more variations, and raise the quality bar. You'll take briefs from marketing, product, sales and leadership, and deliver from concept to final file with minimal hand-holding.
Key responsibilities
1. Marketing and brand creatives
- Design creatives for performance campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), social media, emailers, website and landing pages.
- Produce static ads, carousels, infographics, brochures, one-pagers and case-study layouts.
- Build multiple ad variations quickly for A/B testing, using AI tools to scale output.
- Keep every asset consistent with Eka Care's brand guidelines.
2. Product design and UI support
- Create and edit product screens, UI elements, wireframes and user flows in Figma, working within the existing design system.
- Design feature walkthroughs, onboarding flows and in-app visuals with product and engineering teams.
- Produce product mockups, device frames and UI screenshots for launches, website and sales material.
- Update existing product assets as features change.
3. AI-powered creative production
- Use generative AI tools for concepting, image generation, image editing, upscaling and background removal.
- Create AI-assisted visuals, short videos and voiceovers for campaigns and product explainers.
- Build and document repeatable AI workflows and prompt libraries for the team.
- Track new tools and recommend what to adopt, with attention to brand consistency, image rights and healthcare-appropriate imagery.
4. Events and offline branding
- Design standees, banners, booth layouts, backdrops, flyers, badges and merchandise for conferences, webinars and launches.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, colour profiles (CMYK) and resolution.
- Coordinate with printing and fabrication vendors to ensure accurate, on-time production.
5. Presentations and business communication
- Design presentations for leadership, investors, sales, partnerships and business reviews in PowerPoint, Google Slides and AI presentation tools.
- Turn complex data, product concepts and healthcare workflows into clear diagrams, infographics and visual stories.
- Build and maintain branded slide templates and reusable layouts.
6. Video editing and motion graphics (good to have)
- Edit short-form reels, product demos, launch videos and event highlights.
- Add subtitles, transitions, music and basic motion graphics.
7. Design operations
- Manage several design requests in parallel and deliver to agreed timelines.
- Maintain organised Figma files, templates and a central brand asset library.
- Take feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterate quickly.

What we're looking for

- Comfortable switching between ad creatives, product screens, decks and event designs in the same week.
- AI-first by habit: uses tools to move faster and explore more, not to cut corners.
