We are developing a cloud-based infusion management platform to enhance the delivery and monitoring of home and specialty infusion therapies. By providing near-real-time data access, it enables healthcare providers (from hospitals to home) to track treatment adherence, review analytics, and support proactive care planning.
As a leading provider of healthcare solutions, we are expanding our engineering team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us in delivering high-quality, scalable web applications and cloud-based services that power our innovative products.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, You’ll:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and front-end applications optimized for performance and reliability
- Research and find innovative ways to process data into insights
- Be involved in all aspects of development, from coding to testing, playing a key role in each project phase
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define and implement product features and requirements
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of both frontend and backend services
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure minimal downtime and impact
- Continuously improve the codebase by identifying areas of enhancement and refactoring where necessary
- Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions to drive innovation within the product
Your Experience & Skills:
- Strong technical skills and a passion for building high-quality software
- Expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices and ecosystems
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications
- Experience with mobile development is an advantage.
- User-centric approach to designing and building software solutions.
- Strong communication skills, a team player mindset

- Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks and design patterns
- Backend: NestJS (Node.js), C#, microservices architecture
