You will:
- Work closely with leaders across the company to understand Einride value proposition and business requirements aiming at developing fit-for-purpose organizational capabilities, and developing and executing a global procurement strategy.
- Lead and oversee the development and execution of category strategies for business critical Software, in collaboration with stakeholders, that align with Einride’s product strategy
- Lead and oversee the development and execution of category strategies for Indirects, such as IT Software and Hardware, Consultancy, Marketing & Communications and Facility Management that align with relevant stakeholder business requirements
- Develop partnerships and ensure a high performing network of suppliers enabling the transformation of the electric and autonomous transport landscape
- Lead Source to Contract activities, such as supplier identification and selection, negotiation and contract lifecycle management
- Develop and drive supplier relationship management and performance management in collaboration with relevant stakeholders enabling end-to-end value creation and value capture
- Lead major cost-out initiatives and tenders through cross-functional project teams
- Develop strong relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels ensuring effective strategy development and execution
We expect you to:
- Have extensive experience in complex global procurement roles, with a track record across categories including Software, IT and Indirects
- Bring extensive leadership experience with proven ability to develop organizational capabilities, lead and collaborate globally in cross-functional teams
- Have a proven track record of developing and executing category strategies and delivering tangible results
- Have an open mindset, be self-reflective, with the ability to learn and act on feedback
- Bring strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality, able to be pragmatic and actively involved, with a fact focused attitude
