Eightfold.AI is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect in India to join our Solution Readiness & Success (SRS) team. This role will be pivotal in driving technical solutions, readiness, and cross-functional success in some of our most strategic and high-impact product and customer initiatives. As part of the SRS team, you will play a key role in ensuring solutions are scalable, repeatable, and adhere to the highest standards of quality, aligning with the core mission of the SRS team to foster product readiness, build success tooling, and manage escalations with precision.
What You Will Do:
- Architect, design, and implement AI-driven integrations between Eightfold and ATS/HRIS systems, with an emphasis on ensuring solutions adhere to SRS standards of quality and long-term viability for the entire Eightfold ecosystem.
- Lead technical discussions with customers to align Eightfold’s solutions with their business needs, proactively identifying potential risks and influencing best practices applied by Eightfold and partners during implementations in order to reduce post go live escalations.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers, helping ensure smooth deployment and integration of Eightfold’s AI solutions, with a particular focus on readiness, adoption, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Implementation, to drive readiness initiatives and strategic product configurations.
- Participate in the end-to-end solution design process, ensuring adherence to implementation best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement frameworks that the SRS team governs.
- Lead technical teams through complex, multi-phased delivery projects, ensuring solutions are optimized for scale, quality, and customer success.
- Assist in developing tooling, apps, modules, and frameworks that drive success across customer implementations and support efficient escalation resolution when needed.
- Conduct solution readiness assessments and work with key internal stakeholders on instance management strategies.
- Help influence the Solution Reviews process within the SRS team to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, preferably in HCM environments.
- Extensive experience with HRIS/ATS systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or others, with a proven track record of leading technical and customer-facing projects.
- Expertise in integrating APIs, designing software solutions, and architecting scalable systems, particularly with JSON, ETL, SQL, Python, or related technologies.
- Hands-on experience in solution design for large, enterprise customers, ensuring systems are built with scalability and sustainability in mind.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to influence best practices and drive solution readiness.
- A passion for solving complex challenges and driving process improvements that lead to product success and implementation efficiency.
- Experience in managing escalations, providing end-to-end ownership in high-impact situations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and run workshops, deliver presentations, and write detailed documentation.
- Familiarity with AI and its application in HR technology, with a commitment to delivering modern, innovative solutions.
