About the Team:
The Eightfold Sales Team is routinely interfacing with top tier executives in Talent and the broader organization and the C-Suite. The need for a strong executive presence requires our reps to strengthen their overall business acumen and tailor their message to various buyer types. 

A successful sales cycle not only demands that our frontline reps are on point with their messaging but also requires collaboration with other members of our sales ecosystem. So the scope of our work extends beyond our field sales team and stretches to enable our entire sales ecosystem.

How does Sales Enablement fit into the picture? We’re relentlessly focused on driving outcomes for our company by increasing sales productivity and revenue generation. We do that by educating our field sales organization through skill-building programs (product, positioning, process/methodology), online enablement tools, and comprehensive documentation to ensure that they ramp efficiently and experience consistent success over time.

About the Role:

As the Enablement Operations Lead, you will serve as the face of the enablement team while reporting to the GTM Systems team. You will be responsible for aligning with the enablement team and their priorities while operating with technical expertise behind the scenes. In this role, you will ensure that all enablement processes, analytics and platforms are executed and optimized to support the Enablement strategy and needs of the company. In that capacity, you will be working very closely with the Director of Enablement, collaborating with every Enablement team member, as well as multiple teams throughout the organization who either contribute to enablement or rely on enablement
You will also be the subject expert in various enablement applications with a primary focus on managing security, integration, and data integration to ensure the success of our technical enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the enablement team and the GTM Systems team, ensuring alignment of priorities and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the enablement team to understand their technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans for security, integration, and data integration.
  • Manage security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee integration efforts to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across systems and platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the enablement team, helping them leverage technology to achieve their goals.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies related to enablement and adoption
  • Understand the data model across systems to aid the BI team in building insights for teams
  • Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Systems team to implement technical solutions that support enablement initiatives and drive business success.
  • Standardizes and manages key administrative processes and resources across enablement initiatives and programs -- including onboarding, cadenced training events, large-scale annual/semi-annual training events, communications
  • Manages enablement platforms and associated content and system governance across all enablement resources, tools, and systems
  • Manage vendor relations and ensure timely platform/tool updates, platform enhancements, and support engagements 
  • Collaborates with Enablement Managers to ensure tools are aligned to audience needs and to provide tools training

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
  • 5+ years experience supporting enablement operations for a fast-paced global organization
  • Track record of successful enablement operational oversight – including administrative processes, content and platform governance, engagement initiatives, and analytics management for live and platform-based training
  • Familiarity with various enablement systems, including LMS and CMS systems, content/course development systems, and video and podcast recording/editing systems – ideally a power user/admin of Mindtickle, Skilljar, and Clari Copilot
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on security, integration, or data integration.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, data integration methods, and integration technologies and patterns.
  • Experience managing technical projects from conception to completion, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into layman's terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a GTM environment or with GTM teams.
  • Familiarity with enablement initiatives and best practices.
  • Previous experience leading technical enablement initiatives or teams.

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. It has also helped me focus much on the job skill and the location filtering out the onsite jobs and remote ones. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet.
