About the Team :
You will be part of the core team handling the Talent Acquisition product line, which is the flagship product of Eightfold. Technical contributions will span across the entire tech stack and will help in adding exciting new capabilities to the product and handle customer facing requests. As a Lead Engineer ;
What You'll Do:
- Lead the projects/PODs end to end
- Lead the design discussion by working closely with the product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Mentor the juniors by performing code reviews.
- Develop robust, scalable, and configurable server-side applications and modules with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability.
- Design and develop new microservices or integrate applications with existing ones.
- Design and develop safe and reliable data pipelines for high-scale data integration for fortune 500 customers.
- Build for customization and generalization powered by configuration management.
- Improve code coverage and drive up the automated unit and selenium testing.
- Develop and improve internal tools for effective administration, monitoring, and altering.
What We Need:
- A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals with hands-on experience in back-end development of 6 to 10 or more years.
- Hands-on experience leading the projects/features/POD
- Sound foundation in distributed systems, and microservices.
- Passionate about designing, building, launching, and maintaining products
- Cares about the details in the user experience
- Ability to develop software/code in one mainstream programming language (brownie points if you know Python)
- Communicates and collaborates effectively across teams

We mainly use and are not limited to the below technologies. Also, we hire engineers coming with experience in any of the mainstream programming languages.
