Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for site supervision project in Kuwait.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee electrical engineering projects in a dynamic and growing market.

• Lead and supervise electrical engineering teams on construction sites, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively
• Develop and implement electrical design strategies in accordance with local and international standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders
• Analyze and resolve complex electrical engineering issues on-site
• Prepare and review technical reports, design documents, and project presentations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and local regulations in electrical engineering
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on all project sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 15 years of professional experience including a minimum of 2 years as senior electrical engineer with a focus on site supervision
• Valid membership with the Kuwait Society Engineers (KSE)
• Proven track record in managing large-scale electrical engineering projects
• In-depth knowledge of local and international design standards 
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, and MS Office suite
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions
• Experience with local building codes and regulations in Kuwait
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
