Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Mechanical Technical Office professional to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our engineering and production departments, providing comprehensive technical support and documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

• Prepare and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software and industry-standard tools
• Support mechanical design processes by creating detailed models, schematics, and technical illustrations
• Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables with engineering and production teams
• Perform quality assurance reviews on technical documents to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for technical records, drawings, and project documentation
• Analyze technical requirements and provide recommendations to optimize design and manufacturing processes
• Communicate technical information clearly to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Support the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and client review
• Assist in the implementation and customization of technical office procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
• Strong technical drawing and drafting skills with knowledge of mechanical design principles
• +10 years of experience in a mechanical technical office, engineering department, or related environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering standards
• Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance requirements in technical documentation
• Preferred experience with project scheduling software and data management systems
• Preferred knowledge of ISO standards and technical documentation best practices
