Have an in depth understanding of respective discipline and understand MEP services.
Able to lead MEP delivery on large projects. 
Be responsible for overseeing review of projects under respective leadership.
Responsible for checking work authored.
Supporting the team lead with the management of respective team to effectively manage resources to meet project demands, ensuring optimal utilization of team members.
Responsible for mentoring senior engineers.
Motivate respective team members and foster a positive approach to project delivery.
Identify training needs for team members
