About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer to lead the design, prototyping, validation, and industrialization of advanced embedded electronic boards. The role focuses on high-performance computing architectures (CPU/GPU/FPGA-based systems) and associated power electronics subsystems.
You will be involved throughout the full product lifecycle, from system architecture definition to production ramp-up, working closely with mechanical, embedded software, and system engineers.
What You’ll Do
1. Electronic System Architecture & Design
Define electronic architectures for embedded computing systems
Design and integrate power electronics stages
Perform schematic capture, component selection, and PCB stack-up definition
2. Prototyping & Validation
Support PCB layout reviews with focus on high-speed and power constraints
Define and execute bring-up procedures for prototypes
Develop validation plans and conduct electrical testing
3. Industrialization & Production Support
Prepare designs for manufacturing
Collaborate with contract manufacturers for prototype and pre-series builds
Support production ramp-up and resolve field-return analysis when required
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with embedded software team to ensure hardware/software co-design
Interface with mechanical engineers for enclosure integration and thermal management
Participate in customer technical discussions and technical reviews
You Are a Fit If You Have:
Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in advanced electronic board design
Experience with multi-layer PCB design
Proficiency with ECAD tools (Altium, Cadence, or equivalent)
Hands-on lab experience in debugging and validation
Understanding of EMI/EMC constraints in embedded systems
Nice to have:
Knowledge of GPU-based embedded computing platforms
Experience with safety-critical or mission-critical systems
Previous experience in a start-up or fast-paced R&D environment
