We are currently seeking highly detail-oriented and creative Website Creation Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will build polished, demo-ready websites for prospective customers using the client’s no-code website builder. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you'll create visually compelling websites while maintaining exceptional quality standards and meeting aggressive turnaround times.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy combining creativity, research, and operational excellence in a high-volume production setting.
 

What You'll Be Doing 

1. Website Creation & Production

• Build polished, professional, and demo-ready websites using the client’s no-code Website Builder.
• Create customer websites from assigned tickets while following established design standards and best practices.
• Produce approximately 25–30 websites per day (approximately 20 minutes per website) once fully ramped.
• Customize layouts, images, colors, fonts, branding, service pages, and business information to create engaging websites.
• Ensure every completed website is presentation-ready for Sales demonstrations.

1. Business Research & Content Development

• Research prospective customers using publicly available sources including:
  • Google Business Profile
  • Facebook
  • Company websites
  • Social media platforms
  • Online directories
• Gather business information including:
  • Services
  • Photos
  • Branding
  • Contact information
  • Company descriptions
• Translate research into an attractive, professional website that accurately represents the business.
   

1. Queue & SLA Management

• Manage a high-volume website creation queue while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
• Prioritize work based on ticket urgency and scheduled Sales demonstrations.
• Meet same-day and next-day turnaround requirements.
• Complete all assigned websites before their scheduled demo time.
• Balance speed and quality while maintaining productivity expectations.
   

1. Website Quality Assurance

• Perform a comprehensive self-review of every completed website before marking the ticket complete.
• Validate:
  • Visual layout
  • Branding consistency
  • Image quality
  • Formatting
  • Spelling and grammar
  • Mobile responsiveness
  • Navigation
  • Contact information
  • Links
• Ensure every website meets client’s Quality Assurance standards.
• Identify and escalate incomplete customer information or system issues when necessary.
   

1. Productivity & Performance

• Maintain daily production targets while consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Track assigned workload and proactively communicate capacity concerns.
• Continuously improve speed without compromising website quality.
• Participate in productivity coaching and process improvement initiatives.
   

1. Process Documentation & SOP Compliance

• Follow SOPs for website creation.
• Adhere to established workflows and quality guidelines.
• Document recurring issues and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining documentation as workflows evolve.
   

1. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Team Leads, Quality Specialists, and Operations leadership.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and calibration activities.
• Share best practices and collaborate to improve production quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as the Website Creation program scales.
   

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience building websites using no-code website builders such as Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress (Elementor), Duda, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, production-oriented or agency environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality websites while managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive, visually appealing business websites.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working within a ticket-based workflow and meeting aggressive turnaround SLAs.
