We’re a leading enterprise organization at the forefront of innovation, managing complex data landscapes across multiple business units. As a Developer, you will develop, and deliver scalable solutions that support enterprise IT workflows and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with architects, senior developers, business systems analysts, and stakeholders to implement high-quality solutions aligned with platform governance, best practices, and organizational standards. This is a hands-on role focused on development excellence, solution delivery, and continuous platform improvement.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Develop solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development (Scoped Apps, workflows, integrations).

• Configure and perform development on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, TPRM, and Employee Center Pro.

• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.

• Deliver high-quality, reusable, and scalable code aligned with platform standards.

• Collaborate with architects and BSAs to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure adherence to design standards, data models, and architecture guidelines.

• Perform unit testing and support QA, UAT, and production deployments.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

• Contribute to automation, AI-driven solutions, and modern capabilities.

What you’ll need (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field;

• 3+ years of experience in development.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

  • Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts

  • Integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

• certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator).
