What You’ll Do 

As Sr. Program Manager for Product Operations & R&D Governance, you’ll lead the strategic execution of roadmap initiatives across our (Porftolio). You’ll be the central force behind delivery governance, risk management, and performance tracking—ensuring that every product milestone is met with precision and purpose. 

In this role you will: 

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of roadmap initiatives, managing dependencies and aligning cross-functional teams 
  • Facilitate governance sessions and executive reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability 
  • Develop and maintain SOPs that guide consistent, high-quality execution 
  • Partner with SVPs, Product Owners, and Technical Program Managers to align strategy and delivery 
  • Build project management capability across the organization through coaching and enablement 
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across product and technology functions 

Who You Are 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, education, or a related field 
  • You bring 8+ years of SaaS experience, ideally in edtech or publishing 
  • You have 6+ years of program/project management experience 
  • You are certified in PMP or PgMP and skilled in agile and waterfall methodologies 
  • You are fluent in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and Confluence 
  • You are a master of process mapping tools  
  • You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills 
  • You have a proven track record managing complex programs and budgets 
  • You thrive in cross-functional, virtual team environments 
  • You are an exceptional communicator and presenter 
  • You are inclusive and collaborative in your approach 
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Pay range for this role:
$120,000$140,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
