- Own and evolve the analytics data platform used by analysts and downstream products
- Develop, maintain and improve dbt models (incremental strategies, tests, macros)
- Own data quality & validation processes and frameworks
- Automate and orchestrate data ingestion and manual processes using dagster
- Collaborate with analysts and product teams
- Strong SQL skills, ideally with solid Postgres experience
- Dbt skills in production, including incremental strategies
- Prior experience with Python-centric data orchestration frameworks (Dagster / Airflow / Prefect)
- Data modeling & analytics engineering mindset
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
