As a key member of the Data Management team, this role will be dedicated to analyzing, maintaining and supporting the overall quality of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) in Workday. The role is focused on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee records and data, developing and maintaining system and process documentation and communicating changes to applicable Human Resources personnel. You will also participate in HRIS-related projects and develop processes for efficiency based on ongoing analysis.  The role includes auditing and follow up on data entry done by the HR team as well as direct customer support on inquiries and changes that can’t be accommodated in manager self-service transactions.

The position is focused on the creation, maintenance and deactivation of Organizational Management data elements. Organizational Management includes: Organizational Structure, Job Architecture, Position Management, and Employee Data.  The successful candidate will be adept at working multi-functionally with the broader HR Team, People Leaders, Human Resource Business Partners, Information Technology and other key partners to ensure consistency and data integrity.
 

What you will accomplish: 

  • Applies HR functional knowledge and technical expertise to enhance system and process efficiencies, ensuring data integrity and accurate business reporting.

  • Resolves customer inquiries about employee records by adhering to established processes and procedures, maintaining data quality and accuracy.

  • Leads peers in data integrity and auditing standard methodologies by developing and maintaining process documents, training materials, and work instructions.

  • Analyzes data issues to identify root causes and provides insights for system investigations and resolutions.

  • Configures and analyzes reports and spreadsheets, identifying data patterns and anomalies to maintain data standards and quality.

  • Collaborates and engages in training peers and partners on HRIS functionalities and participates in process improvement and automation initiatives.

  • Maintains rigorous attention to detail and high work standards to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Possesses deep technical and systems knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel, to support HRIS processes and data integrity.

  • Communicates effectively, translating complex technical concepts to non-technical users, fostering strong trust-based relationships.
