eBay’s cloud platform manages more than 100K computes in 100s kubernetes clusters. eBay’s cloud fleet and efficiency team focus on managing the computes, upgrading/building-out/decoming clusters, and also the engineering velocity of shipping cloud software to production.

Requirements

We are building software to manage the fleet, also a favor of open source products. We are looking for solid infrastructure engineers to work on infrastructure reliability and scalability, also utilize cutting edge AI technologies to improve engineer velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Computer Scientist & Technology
• Solid programming fundamentals of algorithms and data structures
• Master mainstream programming language of Golang, Java, Python
• 3+ years of experience in distributed software development. Contribution to open source projects is a plus.
• Experience with kubernetes administration, experience with k8s architecture and product live tuning is a big plus.
• Fluent spoken english and team player
• Quick learner and proactive thinking, stay curious to new technology solve challenging problems
• Experience of using AI algorithms is a plus.
