PCBA QLT Engineer
Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong, CHN, 518101
Department: Quality
Work Location: onsite

What you’ll do:
- Monitors quality progress and performance and makes corrections as needed. Functions as quality assurance on new product development, mass product quality improvement .
- Drive product quality improvement
- Monitor the tracking of field problems & complaints to push the improvement
- Controls MFG quality performance and analyze MFG issues
- Warranty and CONC analyze and improve
- Monitor related NPD product development
- Serves as Customer representative to ensure that customer requirements are addressed"
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- ISO & industrial standard, QC tools, electric knowledge
- Test Plan, Target setting, Performance review, Good communication
