What you’ll do:
- 负责环网柜结构的图纸设计、技术交底;
- 能根据需求独立进行环网柜订单设计，完成非标客户订单ETO设计；
- 可以根据客户需求设计技术方案，负责技术沟通工作；
- 生产及客户端重大技术及质量问题分析解决；
- 收集客户、生产、售后等反馈，持续推动产品改进
Qualifications:
- 本科及以上学历，机械、电气相关专业；
- 熟悉12-40.5kV配电行业产品，3年以上行业经验，熟悉环网柜结构设计，具备海外项目设计经验、有箱变等新能源类相关工作经历者优先；
- 具有良好的人际关系和沟通协调能力，有较强的抗压能力，自我激励、目标导向；
- 具备环网柜开关设备及元器件的选型能力；
- 有分析、解决疑难杂症能力;
- 熟练使用CAD、三维设计软件及office办公软件；
- 熟悉产品从方案设计到现场安装维护相关流程。
