What you’ll do:

• Lead hardware team, design all new product circuits in electrical area, including but not limited to power electrical, analog, digital and communication circuits design, and so on.
• Instruct and guide other members of the team as needed to verify new design, update old product design as needs of manufacturer.
• Provide engineering functions support of product marketing, manufacturing, and sales in line with company and product line objectives. 
• Review and analyze product configurations and components, design circuits, perform engineering calculations, and provide input to other departments including drafting, purchasing, and manufacturing team. 
• Perform all related tests according to function, EMC, environment and other standards, generate test system and plan, assure all design meet the marketing needs. 
• Responsible for related document and specification.
• Maintain current knowledge/expertise of product engineering technologies, competitor capabilities, practices, market conditions, and channels.
• Participate in customer project review/drawing approval meetings.
• Perform other related activities and special projects as assigned.
• Assist R&D Engineering Manager to hire and ensure appropriate training of the team members in order to fulfill project expectations and strategic objectives.
• Motivate team members and assist R&D Engineering Manager in team members’ performance management."

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, etc.
• >7 years experience in Hardware development;
• >5 years experience in leading engineer development and delivery in project; 
• Experience in Team management and project management prefered;
• VFD Motor control knowledge and experience
• Experience in low-voltage power distribution and protection
• Knowledge of design principles of industrial control systems and devices
• Experience of power electronics, power supply design, digital and Analog circuitry.
• Strong planning & communication ability
• Good command of oral & written English
• A good team player."
