Description

EasySend is a no-code platform for building and optimizing digital customer journeys. EasySend transforms paperwork-based processes in insurance, banking, and financial services into opportunities for customer engagement and revenue growth.

We are looking for a self-motivated Technical Project Manager to lead our onboarding, ongoing, and other internal projects. The successful candidate will work directly with our global and local customers and EasySend cross-organization team members to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope, time, and budget. We are looking for an independent individual, a fast learner, a creative, charismatic and dedicated candidate who will fit our collaborative culture.


Responsibilities

  • You will be in charge of planning and executing complex and high-profile projects according to defined goals and KPI’s
  • Lead the technical and delivery relations with the company’s global strategic customers, from the initial relations, via deployment and delivery, through production
  • Be in direct contact with our main focal point personal and business users in order to clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
  • As a Project Manager, you will be required to deliver results according to tight schedules
  • Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Plan and manage the project resource allocation with relevant departments within the organization 
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Managing multiple implementation projects in parallel
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field - A Must
  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager / system analysis / technical account manager / onboarding manager - A Must
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation skills with high proficiency in English - A must
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively
  • Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices with the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, juggle multiple deliverables and projects in a highly fluid work environment
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
  • Can-do approach, ability to work independently, learn and move fast, and build very strong work relationships
  • Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools like Jira, monday.com and Zendesk
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Experience in a SAAS startup company - big advantage
