Recently established in Tallinn Dynatrace’s Research & Development Laboratory is looking for an experienced Senior Java Software Developer to strengthen up the team of engineers.

Qualifications

Your role:

The Tallinn R&D Lab's focus is on the next generation Dynatrace data lakehouse (Grail), and on application security with the scope for growth into other areas of our product stack.

  • Developing Dynatrace in Java
  • Backend specialization (performance, big data, cluster technologies, horizontal scale, storage, analytics)   
  • Independent design and implementation of the product features
  • Collaboration with local and remote international development teams 

Your profile: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Java development, including architectural design  
  • Technical studies related to software engineering (or similar) 
  • Experience with test-driven development, clean code and design patterns 
  • Enjoying passing on knowledge and expertise to fellow team members 
  • Team player with a proactive approach 
  • Motivation to learn new technologies
