Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs that deepen customer relationships and drive revenue growth? In this leadership role you’ll be a key contributor to our growth strategy. You’ll wear multiple hats – a strategist, a conductor, and a maker – all while leading a talented team of 1:1 account-based marketers. You’ll collaborate with marketing leaders across the team to ensure a consistent customer experience across touchpoints.  

What You’ll Do:  

  • Unify the Approach, Amplify the Impact: Collaborate across marketing leadership and sales to define our global ABM strategy across account segments, regions, sales plays, and ABM programs. Translate this into a playbook to ensure how we go to market with ABM campaigns is consistent, easily repeatable, and is well understood by marketers and sales around the globe.   

  • Drive Customer Impact: Lead 1:1 Account-Based Marketing programs in close partnership with the Global Account sales team to drive personalized engagement and revenue growth with our most strategic customers.  

  • Metrics for Success: Develop standardized measurement framework to highlight ABM performance metrics and show business impact across 1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many programs. Develop internal sales advocates to champion ABM success and highlight customer impact.  

  • Deep Dive into Tools: Ensure we are getting the maximum productivity out of our ABM tech stack and serving up meaningful account insights to sellers with the ability to scale these reports.  

  • Lead and Mentor Team: Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Experienced leader with 10+ years in technology marketing, including 2+ years leading a team, with a track record of success with ABM programs.  
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications or similar 

Preferred Qualificatons: 

  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize independently and delegate tasks to team members when appropriate. 

  • Proven success working effectively with sales, product management, and marketing to build strong relationships and achieve outcomes. 

  • Clear understanding of go-to-market priorities and track record successfully partnering to deliver clear playbooks and high impact programs. 

  • Strong understanding of how to use marketing technology tools like 6Sense, Salesforce, AEM, and data analytics tools. 

  • High energy, “own it” personality, and ability to drive process improvement and thrive in a in a fast-paced, high-growth environment under tight timelines. 

  • Driven self-starter that creates a sense of urgency within her/his team. 

  • Exceptional communication cross-functionally and at all levels including senior management

DOE, annual salary is $180 - 230K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
