Job Description:

• Application support to Microsoft BizTalk and Dynamics 365 CRM

• Resolving Application incident and Service Request Tickets as per SLA Timelines.

• Problem Management – Perform Root cause Analysis of the problems reported and implement the Action points as per agreed Timelines.

• Production deployment of patches – Deployment of Application Patches received from the OEM duly following the Change Management Process.

• EOD and other Process Improvements – Review and improve EOD and other batch processes.

• Testing and Implementation of Approved change Requests.

• Handling DC DR Drill and Failover – Ensure periodical DC - DR drill is executed with in agreed downtime. Ensure the continuity of Application availability.

• Coordinating with Customer, Application OEM and ITO Team

• Skills: .NET, SQL Server, SSIS, Microsoft BizTalk, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Experience: 4-5 years
